Our Clients

Medical Education Training Campus (METC)

Bestica was contracted to image and install 1,200 new laptop computers in their training facilities. The old laptop computers were prepared for disposal and removed. The project was accomplished through three distinct processes: OS imaging, installation/removal, to include software installation, and disposal preparation. We accomplished this entire project after hours in the evening and weekends to avoid disrupting current daytime operations of the METC during the entire project. We completed this operation several days in advance and under budget.

Naval Information Operations Command (NIOC)

Project support in Information Warfare (IW), Information Operations (IO), Computer Network Operations (CNO), Tactical Cryptologic System Initiatives and Maritime & Services Cryptologic Architecture Development. Support plans, assessment & technology forecasting and Enterprise Information Project in support of increased SOUTHCOM Theatre Maritime & US Cyber Command (USCC) Cyber Requirements.

U.S. Army Medical Command (AMEDD/MICC)

Web maintenance, development and hosting for budgeting application. Upgraded from SQL server 2000 to SQL server 2012. Upgraded from Crystal Reports 8 to Visual Studio.net for seamless functioning. Upgraded the old operating system to latest Windows platform. Transition to new hosting with complete backup and STIG compliance.

Department of the Army, Chief of Chaplains (DACH)

Provide administrative program management support for the U.S. Army Strong Bonds (ASB) Program. Assist the Strong Bonds Program Manager in compiling annual training requirements, after-action reports, end of training surveys, tracking invoices; monitoring local program execution with subordinate level program managers, provide analytical assistance for program process review, maintain databases, and coordinate and provide administrative support for bi-monthly Strong Bonds Instructor Certification Training. Track After-Action Reports (AARs) submitted by unit ministry teams (UMTs) to document program execution for 100% of all Strong Bonds training events.

U.S. International Boundary & Water Commission (USIBWC)

Assist in managing IBWC Systems development, integration, modification, operation and maintenance. This includes the USIBWC networks, email system, network operation system and backup appliances and software. We are responsible for the efficient operations and maintenance of the USIBWC data communications infrastructure. Responsibilities include performing analysis, monitoring, evaluation, maintenance, and trouble shootings and WAN including an inter-related IT system that includes eight LANs, email system, VTC system and related hardware; to include file and DNS servers, VPNs, SANs, firewalls, routers, switches and a Voice Over IP system.

U.S. Department of State

Currently supporting the U.S. Department of State by leading and overseeing the coordination of decisions and agreements in interagency and international settings as well as preparation, coordination and clearance of briefing materials and policy recommendations. We provide expert analysis, implementation strategies and advisement on program development. Represent the Special Advisor and the Department in the interagency process, outside stakeholders and entities on issues related to policy priorities of the Office.
